CudaApparel produces, accepts payment and ships all products for PUGILIST® and was designed to allow PUGILIST® customers easy access to all the options in our product lines.
RETURNS
***You MUST submit the RGA form and return it with your goods.
Contact Cuda Apparel: 509-534-1333 | (800) 833-1845 within 30 days of purchase for a return goods authorization (RGA) number PRIOR to returning any items purchased through us. We will not accept any returns without an RGA. We will not accept any returns on customized items unless there is a manufacturers defect. Depending on manufacturer, restocking fees may apply, please call for more information.

All of our garments are custom-made specifically for you. Because we screen print / embroider each piece based on your order we are unable to cover situations of incorrect ordering by the customer. We want to ensure that you are happy with your order so PLEASE check the size chart before completing your purchase, or call one of our friendly representatives for a breakdown in sizing. If your garment has a manufactures defect we will be more than happy to exchange that piece.

CudaApparel charges taxes for any state in which it has a physical presence. The current Tax rate for such states state will apply. No sales tax on orders shipped to states where Cuda Apparel has no physical presence. Other taxes may apply to countries outside the United States.
