At this time, PUGILIST® ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, PUGILIST® ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. PUGILIST® is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

GOVERNING LAW:
In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of PUGILIST® shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
MISCELLANEOUS:
The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and PUGILIST® with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and PUGILIST® with respect to this Web site. Sales Tax
PUGILIST® charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
RETURN POLICY:

PUGILIST® Online accepts returns for online orders only, within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be in same packing in which you received it. Products cannot be worn or used. For items purchase at individual retail stores, gym locations, and other website displaying PUGILIST products, items must be returned to the location of purchase for a refund as outlined within each stores return policy. PUGILIST® does set nor monitor the return policy of retail locations in which PUGILIST® brand products are sold. We would hope that you will be pleased with all PUGILIST products however in the event a return is necessary, call our office for return instructions.
Some of our garments (i.e. Letterman Jackets, custom designed boxing shorts/robes) are custom-made specifically for you. Because we screen print / embroider each piece based on your order we are unable to cover situations of incorrect ordering by the customer. If your garment has a manufactures defect we will be more than happy to exchange that piece. We will not accept any returns on customized and/or special order items, NO EXCEPTIONS unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. Restocking fees may apply, please call for more information.
Contact PUGILIST® at 951-245-7838 within 30 days of the purchase date for return instructions PRIOR to returning any items purchased through PUGILIST online. We will not accept any returns without prior authorization.
